Hello Nancy T Supporters:
Here is the 2022 registration form for the Nancy Tokaryk Memorial Golf Tournament to be held at Lost Creek Golf Club on THURSDAY, June 23rd. Please note that it is on a Thursday this year. No shotgun. Tee times will begin at 8:30 am.
I would ask that you read the registration form carefully as there are changes from previous forms. An important note is, that due to increased costs and to continue with the $100 entry fee, the committee has decided to forgo a meal /box lunch. Sandwiches and hotdogs will be available for purchase and of course as always, cold beverages. The on course activities with prizes will continue for your enjoyment.
Our goal is to have you register as a team of four. However, single applicants are welcomed and will be assigned to a team. Mario DeMello will be accepting the registrations until June 9th. Please note that payment must accompany the registration.
