The Field Hockey Nova Scotia Indoor League is a mixed league that takes place at Needham Centre, 3372 Devonshire Avenue, Halifax on Sundays throughout the winter. The league begins in January and runs through to early April. The league is typically for senior men and women who have experience playing field hockey, however the league has some juniors, university students and masters aged players in it with new players joining each year.
